California had passed legislatives to increase sales tax which would bring the effective tax rate by as much as 10.25% in some cities. We are trying to do what we can to help Californians make purchases within the state without the additional burden of an almost 10% increase to the total cost. Payment Options
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover as valid methods of payment for all purchases. Payments can be made via our secure online credit card system. Your card will only be authorized when order but not charged until your order is ready for shipment. Payments by Paypal, money order, cashier’s check, personal check, or credit card via fax or phone is possible by contacting Sales directly.

Shipping Terms and Conditions
All standard shipping will be done via UPS or Fedex ground. Cost will vary by the weight and dimensions of the product and the final destination's ZIP code. All orders placed are usually shipped 7-10 business days from the date of purchase. Due to certain circumstances beyond our controls, there may be effects where delays can occur, LampCentral.com does not guarantee an exact shipping date. There is no shipping during Holidays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Orders placed during the weekend and national holidays are usually processed the next business day. Oversize and heavy items are shipped freight carrier and are subject to additional handling charges. Tracking information will be e-mailed when made available. Inside delivery and installation is not available. Sorry, orders cannot be shipped to Post Office Boxes or APO's nor is C.O.D. available.

For a limited time, we are offering free UPS or Fedex ground shipping in the 48 contiguous United States on all orders over $100. Excludes oversized/bulky/Non-UPSable items requiring LTL trucked or freight shipment. Oversized Items are marked on product's details page. We also offer UPS or Fedex Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Three Day Select express shipping options. Charges for our express shipping methods are based on the total weight and dimensions of your order. Items are generally in stock, allowing us to ship soon after your order is placed, although we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Large orders or highly breakable products may be shipped by freight at our discretion. We will ship internationally however you are responsible for passing customs and applicable taxes. As a reminder, most products are wired for U.S. 110 voltage.
Shipment to Canada, we offer UPS Canada Standard as a shipping option. Remember that all prices are quoted in US dollars. Canadian customers. Lampcentral is not responsible for any taxes or duties, including Brokerage and Customs Fees that are associated with your online purchase. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. For estimated transit times, please visit the UPS website. Transit times for UPS shipping methods, including Next Day, Second Day and Three Day Select are based on the number of business days from the time your shipment is received by UPS until the order is received at your delivery address.
3-Day Shipping
Three Day shipments are processed on a priority basis, usually within 48 hours. 3-Day shipping does Not guarantee you will recieve your order within 3 days or on the third day of business after you place your order. If you pay for 3-Day Shipping, we guarantee 3-day shipping methods will be used. Once order ships as a 3-Day, shipping charges can not be refunded. We do NOT make money on shipping! FREE shipping is NOT applicable for item exchange.

90 Days No Hassle Returns

We are committed to meeting and exceeding your expectation and satisfaction. We offer a no hassle 90 days return policy on unused merchandise. We are unable to accept returns on custom or special order purchases. Items must be returned within 90 days of delivery in new condition and in original packaging. A refund will be issued upon a confirmed receipt of return of merchandise, excluding all ACTUAL shipping and handling costs. Please be aware: The shipping and handling charges generated online through lampcentral.com is often a reduced or deep discounted rate. In the event, a customer wants to return a product that may be subject to our return policy, the actual shipping and handling fee will be used to calculate final refund. Please take the necessary time to select and measure each product before making a purchase. If you need help or additional information, descriptions, images, or dimensions, please feel free to call us. We are available Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm PST. There is also a 25% re-stock fee on all returns. We suggest that you inspect all products from LampCentral.com upon receipt of shipment to determine any freight damage (visual or otherwise). Any damages should be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced at no cost to our customers. If LampCentral.com is unable to replace or correct the problem, we will send out call tag(s) for the item, and the re-stocking fee and shipping charges are waived. A full refund will be issued! Lampcentral reserve the rights to inspect all returns for any damages or modifications that may have been the result of the customer and make a final refund determination. Products not purchased through LampCentral.com cannot be processed as a return and are deemed non-refundable. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization. Please do NOT refuse shipment. Your return will get lost, delaying proper credit if any. We will not credit back if we can not verify receipt of shipment. We highly recommend that you follow our return policies. Thank you. All House of Troy products are final sale. Unless the item is received damaged, we will replace it at no charge to you. All special order and custom orders, part orders are final sale.

Requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#)
Please notify LampCentral prior to returning any and all products in order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. It is extremely important that you notify us prior to shipping back any merchandise. There are several warehouses and your return may get lost, delaying your refund. Please keep all tracking information until credit has been issue. Credit will be issued when we can confirm return of merchandise. The RMA# is required on the outside of the shipping box for product returns, or they will be refused. No returns will be accepted without our prior approval. RMA# is valid for 30 days.
Cancellations
Unshipped items can be cancelled without penalty. We must receive an e-mail at Customer Service 24 hours prior to shipping and received no later than 5pm PST, Monday through Friday. If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped, all return policy applies. Custom or Special Order requires a 25% deposit. You have 3 days to cancel or change your order before production begins. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel after 3 days.
